How to Place an Order

Simply browse the product categories that interest you. Once you've located an item to order, click on the "Add to Cart " button. At this point, you'll have the option to either checkout or continue shopping. If you select "Proceed to Checkout", you'll be taken to the "View Cart" screen where you can verify the item you have selected, remove the item or adjust quantities. From the view cart screen you can either continue shopping and select additional items or checkout. If you wish to view your cart (or checkout) at anytime, simply click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of page (to the left of the search window). Please note that to checkout successfully, you need to be logged into your account. If you aren't logged in, you'll be given the opportunity to do so during checkout.

Payment Options

We accept Visa or MasterCard. During checkout you'll be asked to enter your billing, shipping and credit card information. When you've finished entering this information, simply press the "Continue Checkout" button.

Note: all charges will be listed as Blue Dog 3PL on your credit card statement.

Your credit card will be charged for the Order Total amount at time of shipping.

All pricing and shopping cart Subtotals, Taxes, and Grand Totals are in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

Canceling or Changing an Order

You can make changes to your order anytime during the checkout process prior to submitting the order. Once you have submitted the order you cannot make any changes through the website. If you have submitted the order in error or need to make a change, please contact customer support so we can assist you. Please have your order invoice handy so we can help you more efficiently.

Shipping Rates & Policies

All orders will be shipped by Canada Post standard ground. Oversized or overweight orders may be shipped using a different freight carrier and may require scheduling for delivery. For those orders we recommend you call us directly for a shipping quote. We require all "ship-to addresses" to be valid street addresses.

After we receive your order please allow up to 3 to 4 days for processing. Processing is the stage where your order is physically put together and packaged for delivery. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. When your order ships we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with a tracking number.

Shipping & handling rates vary and are based on real-time quotes received directly from Canada Post. These rates will be calculated and displayed after the shipping address is entered during the checkout process.

Return Policy and Procedures

You have 30 days starting from the day your item was shipped in which to receive a full refund on incorrectly shipped or defective items only. Returns must contain all of the original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc...) and be in its original packaging and the product must be in new (unused) condition. We also require a copy of the original invoice or receipt in order to process your refund request.

Once you receive the return authorization information (which you must call in to obtain) you can return the product according to the instructions for a full refund less any restocking and shipping fees.
